By using our NJ LLC formation service, you agree to these terms of service.

Service Description

We provide administrative LLC formation services for the State of New Jersey. Our LLC formation package is $425 (Certificate of Formation, operating agreement, EIN from the IRS, and the $125 state filing fee). Optional services, if selected, are priced separately and shown before checkout.

Refund Policy

If we cannot file your LLC, you pay nothing: we will refund your entire payment with no questions asked. Once a filing has been accepted by the state, the $125 state filing fee is non-refundable.
